The Insidiousness of Political Correctness

The insidiousness of political correctness is now readily apparent. Even though PC implementation was gradual, it’s subtle emotional appeal to protect the unprotected has been revealed as worldly, self-centered, and demonic.

Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his noble conduct that his actions are done humbly and wisely. But if you have bitter jealousy and rivalry in your hearts, stop boasting and slandering the truth. That kind of wisdom does not come from above. No, it is worldly, self-centered, and demonic. For wherever jealousy and rivalry exist, there is disorder and every kind of evil. James 3:13-16 ISV

With that in mind, let’s consider five aspects: What was hidden in PC is self revealed; What God detests; The root cause of PC; What God has done and is doing about PC; What God will ultimately do about PC; What we can do about PC in our culture.

What was hidden in PC has been self revealed.

The treatment of Donald Trump, Brett Kavanaugh and William Barr epitomize what God detests and revealed that PC is worldly, self-centered, and demonic.

Even though the progressives are only 8 percent of the democrats, the democrats show no shame or remorse for the charades they participate in. That’s because only 32% of self identified democrats believe in the God of the Bible. That means 68% are heathen and heathens are not civil. Their Politically Correct words and tactics are a detestable humanistic war of evil against righteousness.

  • Here are six things that the LORD hates—
  • seven, in fact, are detestable to him:
  • Arrogant eyes,
  • a lying tongue,
  • and hands shedding innocent blood;
  • a heart crafting evil plans,
  • feet running swiftly to wickedness,
  • a false witness snorting lies,
  • and someone sowing quarrels between brothers. Proverbs 6:16-19 ISV

What God has done and is doing about PC

Dear children, let no one lead you astray. The man who acts righteously is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who is habitually guilty of sin is a child of the Devil, because the Devil has been a sinner from the very beginning. The Son of God appeared for the purpose of undoing the work of the Devil. 1 John 3:7-8 WNT See:

What God will ultimately do about PC.

34 “Then the King will say to those at His right, “`Come, my Father’s blessed ones, receive your inheritance of the Kingdom which has been divinely intended for you ever since the creation of the world.  …

41 “Then will He say to those at His left, “`Begone from me, with the curse resting upon you, into the Fire of the Ages, which has been prepared for the Devil and his angels.

42 For when I was hungry, you gave me nothing to eat; when thirsty, you gave me nothing to drink; 43 when homeless, you gave me no welcome; ill-clad, you clothed me not; sick or in prison, you visited me not.’

44 “Then will they also answer, “`Lord, when did we see Thee hungry or thirsty or homeless or ill-clad or sick or in prison, and not come to serve Thee?’

45 “But he will reply, “`In solemn truth I tell you that in so far as you withheld such services from one of the humblest of these, you withheld them from me.’

46 “And these shall go away into the Punishment of the Ages, but the righteous into the Life of the Ages.” Matthew 25

What we can do about PC in our culture.

16 If, however, any one suffers because he is a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God for being permitted to bear that name. 17 For the time has come for judgement to begin, and to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the end of those who reject God’s Good News? 18 And if it is difficult even for a righteous man to be saved, what will become of irreligious men and sinners? 19 Therefore also, let those who are suffering in accordance with the will of God entrust their souls in well-doing to a faithful Creator. 1 Peter 4 WNT

8 Curb every passion, and be on the alert. Your great accuser, the Devil, is going about like a roaring lion to see whom he can devour. 9 Withstand him, firm in your faith; knowing that your brethren in other parts of the world are passing through just the same experiences. 10 And God, the giver of all grace, who has called you to share His eternal glory, through Christ, after you have suffered for a short time, will Himself make you perfect, firm, and strong. 1 Peter 5 WNT
