We know our Father in heaven has given us the Holy Spirit because we believe in Jesus our Messiah, Savior and King. (John 3:1-21)
There, Jesus told us since we been born of water and the Spirit, we can see the kingdom of God, for we entered the kingdom of God for we have been born of the Spirit and are spirit. By the Holy Spirit, we can understand those heavenly things Jesus told us.
God has made us his children and heirs of salvation, sealed with Holy Spirit.
11 We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will, 12 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Messiah.
13 In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory. Eph 1:11-14 (cf. Col 1:5; Rm 8:9; Gl 5:25; Titus 3:5; 2 Cor 1:22; 2 Cor 5:5)
Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians and us.
15 For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Yeshua which is among you and the love which you have toward all the holy ones, 16 don’t cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, 17 that the God of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, 18 having the eyes of your hearts† enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the holy ones, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might 20 which he worked in Messiah when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. 22 He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly, 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all. Eph 1:15-23

Natural man is body and soul. We are spirit, soul, and body
May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. 1Th 5:23
The grace of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah be with your spirit, brothers (and sisters). Amen. Galatians 6:18
The grace of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah be with your spirit. Amen. Philemon 1:25
The Lord Yeshua the Messiah be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen. 2 Timothy 4:22
Therefore let him who speaks in another language pray that he may interpret. For if I pray in another language, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.
What should I do? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also. I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how will he who fills the place of the unlearned say the “Amen” at your giving of thanks, seeing he doesn’t know what you say? For you most certainly give thanks well, but the other person is not built up. I thank my God, I speak with other languages more than you all. However, in the assembly I would rather speak five words with my understanding, that I might instruct others also, than ten thousand words in another language. 1 Corinthians 14:13-19
